Help with downloading files
Some of the documents on this web sites are published in different formats. To view these documents you will need special software that can access the relevant format. You may already have the software installed on your computer. If you do not have the software follow the links below to where you can download it free.
Some versions of the special software can integrate (plug-in) with some versions of internet browsers (the software that you use to view web pages). In these circumstances, just click on the link to view the document.
If the special software is not integrated with your browser, or if you want to keep a copy of the document on your computer and view it off-line, you need to save the document to your computer. In most browsers just click with the right hand mouse button over the link and select "save target as" or "save link as". Consult your browser instructions for further information. Then run the special software and use it to open the document.
