When your project is complete
When you've finished your project please remember to complete your end of grant form and email it to us
at the following address office@ynycf.org.uk
An end of grant form will have been sent with your grant cheque but please click below to obtain a further copy:
Once you've completed your project and we've received your end of grant form you are eligible to apply for further grants. Please keep an eye on our website to see the latest funds available or sign up to receive our 'Update' newsletter, which is published twice a year.
