A Yorkshire Journey

.......cycling 400 miles in the footsteps of the Puppet Man.

Puppeteer Walter Wilkinson set out, 80 years ago, to walk through Yorkshire and perform on village greens. He wrote a book detailing his experiences and this September, Gil Richardson cycles his route to discover some of the changes that have taken place in the county. 

The aim of the trip is to highlight the work done by the Community Foundation in the region and to help with local fundraising.
